We had multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area in the queen room. The staff were superfriendly and kept the place clean.

charming, charming, charming
I loved the fine rooftop view which was way better than any fancy hotel rooftop bar. The vibrant decor and the warm welcome reminded me of stepping into a beautiful art piece! Breakfast was freshly made and good, thanks to the amazing Nadia!

Clean place with absolutely stunning view to Cathedral. Marvellous location in the fairly quiet area, near to the central square and lots of dining and shopping and the center and good restaurants and attractions. For tea or coffee visit The Secret Garden Cafe nearby.

Provides fantastic and wonderful breakfasts!
The property is beautifully designed and the staff is very pleasant. It has extremely pleasant and spotless rooms with amazing view, the terrace, as for instance. The bus stop is 15 minutes' walk away. Thank you for a really great stay.

The location was superb, just two blocks from the Jardine.
I had to endure icy showers for several days, which put a damper on my mood. Even after notifying staff multiple times, the issue remained unresolved throughout my visit.

Upon arrival, I was underwhelmed. The shower had NO HOT WATER, made getting ready a nightmare, and my room had a fridge that didn't work at all. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade, but that seems reserved for others. Almost gave a glowing review but just couldn't, given the dismal service.

A fine rooftop with a 360-degree view and a colorful entrance greets you. My room was cozy and wonderfully clean. The location was perfect-close to everything yet so serene.
But oh dear, I was ready to shower like a diva, only to be met with a lukewarm trickle. And breakfast starting at 8:30? Great for night owls, but I wanted my croissant at dawn!

I had a fantastic experience with the lovely shaded seating areas and the amazing food cooked just the way I liked it by Nadia. There were great relaxation opportunities like the sun terrace and a massage option. Just a heads up, the church bells can be a bit loud for late sleepers, so bring earplugs if that's you 😊

A good rooftop offered amazing views. The cleanliness of the accommodation reflected a genuine pride in hospitality. The lack of hot water in the shower was disappointing, and the noise from nearby church bells could be intrusive. The breakfast was satisfying, but it could have varied a bit more.
